About Software Hub Inc
What does Software Hub Inc do?
Software Hub Inc is an AI and web services agency. We help businesses use AI in three practical ways — giving people instant access to information from websites and documentation, letting teams ask questions about their business data in plain language, and automating repetitive workflows — and we build the websites and web applications around them.
Is this a web design agency or an AI company?
Both, with AI as the primary focus. Our flagship offerings are the AI Knowledge Assistant, Enterprise Data Assistant and Workflow AI Agent. Web services are an important secondary offering, often delivered for the same clients so the website and the AI behind it fit together.
How can a business get started with AI?
Start with a specific problem: a knowledge base people struggle to search, a report that takes too long, or a manual process that eats hours each week. Get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether AI is a good fit, what data or content it would need, and what a first version would involve.
Do you only work with large enterprises?
No. The three services scale down to a single well-defined use case, which is usually the best place for any business to start regardless of size.
AI Knowledge Assistant
What is an AI Knowledge Assistant?
An AI Knowledge Assistant is a conversational assistant that answers questions using a company's approved information — websites, documentation, knowledge bases, manuals and FAQs. Instead of searching, a person asks a question in plain language and gets a direct answer drawn from those sources.
How does an AI Knowledge Assistant work?
It connects to approved sources, indexes them for search, and when someone asks a question it retrieves the most relevant passages and composes a plain-language answer, often citing the source. If the sources don't cover the question, it is designed to say so rather than guess.
Can AI work with company documentation?
Yes. Documentation, manuals, handbooks and knowledge base articles are among the most common sources. A customer-facing assistant can be limited to public content while an internal one draws from internal material.
Can it be embedded on our website?
Yes — as a widget, a dedicated page, or inside your documentation. It can also be connected to internal tools such as a staff portal or chat platform.
Enterprise Data Assistant
What is an Enterprise Data Assistant?
It is a natural-language interface to authorized business data. A user asks a question like "which customers generated the most revenue last quarter?" and the assistant interprets it, queries the data, and returns an answer — often with a supporting table or chart.
What does "Ask Your Business Data" mean?
It means giving people a way to get answers from business data by asking questions in plain language, without writing queries or building reports. The data stays where it is; the assistant is a conversational front door to it, within the permissions you define.
Can businesses ask questions about their data?
Yes. That is the core purpose of the service. Example questions include "what were our top-selling products last quarter?", "which customers generated the most revenue?" and "show me the monthly sales trend." These are illustrative examples, not descriptions of pre-built integrations.
Does it connect to our existing systems?
It can be connected to databases, data warehouses, reporting layers, business applications, or curated views and exports. The specific integrations depend on your data platform and are agreed during discovery.
Workflow AI Agent
What is a Workflow AI Agent?
An AI system built to carry out steps in a defined business process — reading an incoming request, extracting the relevant information, checking it against your rules, and completing the task or routing it to a person. It is designed for repetitive, well-scoped work with human review where it matters.
Can AI automate repetitive business processes?
Often, yes — especially processes with consistent rules and structured information, such as data entry, document handling, request routing and routine responses. Whether a specific process fits depends on how predictable its steps are and how much human judgment each step needs.
Does the agent act completely on its own?
No. We build in clear boundaries and human review points. The agent handles the routine path within your rules and routes exceptions and high-value cases to a person. We avoid promising full autonomy where oversight is appropriate.
How do we know it is doing the right thing?
Every step is logged. Before going live, the agent typically runs in shadow mode alongside your current process so you can compare its decisions to your team's, then goes live gradually starting with a subset of cases.
Trust, security and delivery
Is our business data safe?
Assistants are connected only to the sources and data you approve, using credentials you control, and can respect your existing access permissions. We do not make formal security or compliance certification claims. During every project we work through the specific security and privacy considerations with you.
Do you guarantee accuracy or cost savings?
No. We don't make guarantees about accuracy percentages, ROI or specific cost savings. We describe what a solution can be designed to do; the outcome depends on your content, data, systems and how the solution is adopted.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope and the systems involved. Most engagements start with a small first version targeting one use case so you can see it working before expanding.
Do you also build the website?
Yes. Web design, development, redesigns, WordPress, e-commerce and custom web applications are all part of what we do, and they can be built to work alongside the AI systems.
