What we do

How we think about AI
AI is useful when it's pointed at a specific, real problem: information people can't find, questions that take too long to answer, work that repeats every day. It's less useful as a general-purpose add-on.
So we start from the problem, keep humans in the loop where judgment matters, ground assistants in approved sources, and test before anything goes live. We don't make claims about accuracy, savings or compliance that we can't stand behind.
